Citizens of the World is born of, and backed by, the creative firepower of leading UK brand agency Mr B & Friends an agency that’s been challenging the ordinary for its clients across branding, consumer campaigns and internal communications since 2006.

After spending decades moving people with creativity, we had formed a firm belief: that organizations should engage their own people with the same energy they use to engage their customers.


That belief became our springboard for launching Citizens as its own agency dedicated to the employee experience. Bringing consumer-grade creativity to EX to build the unstoppable energy that drives performance for the world’s largest organizations.
